Dear BelTox member,

 

In order to comply with Belgian legislation on non-profit organizations, the BelTox balance sheet and budget need to be approved by the General Assembly. The statutes of BelTox allow us to organize a General Assembly via the internet. You are therefore kindly invited to review and mark your approval of the BelTox balance sheet 2023 and budget 2024 via our website.

To do so, please submit the form below to approve or not and/or send us your comments before the 10th of June 2024 on the following topics:

    1. Balance of 2023
    2. Budget for 2024

The legal statutes of our society require that as many members as possible participate in this vote. It is therefore important that we receive as much feedback as possible.

Once the balance sheet and the budget have been approved by BelTox members our accountant office will then be able to deposit these documents at the registry of the commercial courts of Brussels together with the minutes of the GA23 before end of June.
